Kapiche is about to go through considerable growth and to be able to serve our forward-looking hiring plans we require a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist who has experience in fast-paced, global talent acquisition.
A passion for recruitment and finding the best candidates, you are people-focused, efficient, and known for your ability to identify untapped sourcing channels that support robust and diverse talent pipelines. You will be working closely with Kapiche’s Founders and hiring managers to coordinate staffing needs and ideally you have exposure and knowledge across a variety of roles as we look to add roles in Sales, Customer Support and Product and Engineering.
This opportunity will see you be a well-respected team member and we want you to bring a wealth of expertise and experience obtained from the recruitment profession and able to translate that into an in-house position. You will have a strong background in relationship building, sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
So far the foundations have been made for our hiring process but we need a specialist to help us take this to the next level. You can have a big impact on scaling this hiring process and creating a people-centric candidate experience. We want you to contribute to building out our HR Tech stack, implementing the tools of the trade you need to get the job done.

What You’ll Be Doing:
We want your expertise to continue to build out the recruitment function for Kapiche create further rigor in our current processes.
Collaborate with our hiring managers to write job ads for current openings and determine assessment criteria and benchmarking salary packages for each position.
Establish a candidate pipeline of relevant expertise to our hiring needs whilst developing a best-in-class candidate experience.
Manage the recruitment process with candidates (and hiring managers) including sourcing, advertising, interview scheduling, and coordinating virtual and onsite interviews.
Own new employee administration (new hire documents, onboarding, etc)
Contribute to building our employer brand through your own external brand, communications, and networks.
Guide current hiring leaders on talent best practices considering elements such as D&I, values-based assessments, skills potential, interview processes, and candidate experience.
Give global support to aid our expansion plans in the US - Experience with recruiting in the US (and network) would be advantageous.
To be successful in this role:
You have 3 years of recruitment experience, in-house or agency.
You have experience in the effective use of various interview formats (phone, structured, group, and skills assessments)
You have experience using an ATS and using it to report on key recruitment metrics for the business.
You have a proven ability to achieve outcomes partnered with a love for delivering the best candidate experience in the market.
You are known for your excellent communication - You are able to intelligently articulate information about roles and Kapiche’s positioning, mission, culture, and values.
You have mastered the art to balance multiple tasks within agreed time frames and priorities.
You are truly motivated in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and are comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity.
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources or similar discipline (ideal though not required)
