That’s why we’re seeking a qualified Senior Sales Development Representative (Sr. SDR) to help identify and qualify potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. We need someone who takes extreme ownership in their role and will take initiative in finding new accounts, researching leads, and building outreach processes that result in scheduling highly qualified meetings. This role will require a strong understanding of the value of Kapiche and have the ability to communicate that value in a compelling way.
Objectives of this Role
Prospect, educate & qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities via phone calls, emails, trade shows, referrals, and other methods.
Quickly uncover business needs & objectives and align with Kapiche’s solutions.
Help build a repeatable & scalable process that encourages team growth and leadership opportunity.
Identify new accounts that would benefit from our solution and have the highest likelihood to close.
Continue personal education on the technology landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers.
Acquire key prospect data from the initial conversation, from the web and other sources, and ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in CRM.
Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments/demos scheduled and deals closed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
2-3 years B2B SaaS sales experience (or other qualified sales experience).
Proven success in breaking into new markets, and identifying the target audience.
Experienced in building successful and creative prospecting sequences that can be repeated across a team.
Strategic, and consultative sales approach, focussing on value-based selling.
Ability to confidently and effectively speak with prospects across industries and role seniority.
