Kapiche is seeking an ambitious and capable office administration manager to provide support to our team in a fast paced environment, involving a diverse range of administration duties as an office all-rounder.
In this role, you will work closely with the CEO & COO from our Brisbane office, to take on a wide variety of tasks ranging from managing our office space, event management, HR-related assignments to helping create an enjoyable working environment for all of our employees.

This position is 20-25 hours per week and can be super flexible - We are happy to negotiate what days of the week, start and finish times, hours etc for the right candidate
What You’ll Be Doing:
Ensuring the smooth running of the workspace, keeping one step ahead and looking for, and creating solutions for all office and/or operations related things that pop up.
Enhance our employee experience from organising events and social functions as required.
Making new employees feel welcome; organising new hire packs, preparing workspaces to ensure an excellent on-boarding & off-boarding experience.
Negotiating with suppliers, organizing and getting approval from management on quotes for services required in the office.
Assist with the development and updating of office and people policies.
Book and manage travel for our Australian Team
Some HR coordination & administration including job advertising
Assisting the CEO in managing his diary and commitments
To be successful in this role:
Experience as an Office Manager, Receptionist, EA or Operations Assistant in a demanding environment.
You are truly motivated in a fast-paced, ever changing environment and are comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity.
You have mastered the art to balance multiple tasks within agreed time frames and priorities.
You are a strong and effective communicator to all levels of the company.
You have a high attention to detail & a proactive approach to work.
You are a down to earth, team player - someone who is happy to do whatever is needed to get the job done.
You are curious, analytical and prefer to use data to help you understand the problem and recommend solutions
Solid experience with tools such as Microsoft Office, G-suite & Slack, or similar.
