Kapiche has a product that can bring forth highly impactful insights from customer data, however we play in a complex space and our customers look to us for guidance on how to navigate this terrain and maximise their business objectives using our software.
The role of Technical Account Manager has emerged as a new company position that will be pivotal in allowing us to establish strong, collaborative partnerships with our customers. This role will work with our customer success team to get a deep understanding of our customers’ business problems in order to architect and present impactful solutions through hands-on exploration and analysis of their qualitative and quantitative data.
Subsequently, we are looking to find someone who is a specialist in data analysis. You are highly skilled in slicing, manipulating, interpreting and visualising data to find patterns whilst being consultative and able to clearly communicate insights, give product consultations and resolve technical issues. You can analyze and interpret data and translate it into meaningful solutions and stories for our customers.
This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Managers and to be the technical bridge between our Sales and Account Managers with prospects and customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Consult with and guide Kapiche customers to ensure they are able to leverage various data sources (surveys, online reviews, chat, etc) within our product to achieve their strategic objectives.
Perform analysis of our customers' data using our product to discover valuable business insights based on the intersection of qualitative and quantitative data; Put together reports that can speak to general observations and specific business questions, communicating findings with an emphasis on data storytelling.
Provide pre and post-sales support via technical product guidance being the expert that articulates Kapiche capabilities in the context of customer needs.
Scope, manage and execute customer pilots and Proof of Concepts, prototypes, or custom solutions based on specific stakeholder needs.
Contribute reusable assets such as for example outputs & presentations, competitive comparisons, and reusable POC assets.
Provide training for the Kapiche team demonstrating existing and new features
Assist in establishing new processes.

To be successful in this role:
3+ years of work experience in data analysis or similar technical areas.
You have experience with multiple data analysis tools and technologies. e.g. Excel, Tableau, SQL, etc.
Well-versed at prepping and cleaning data for analysis with Advanced Analytic Skills.
You are able to understand customer’s needs to effectively guide customers regarding their use of Kapiche.
You possess outstanding problem-solving skills including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution.
You are confident in your ability to communicate complicated concepts to non-technical audiences.
You are ace at managing multiple projects in parallel, documenting and communicating their status to internal and external stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial spirit - a high tolerance for ambiguity with the ability to be efficient with limited resources.
Previous experience in Customer Insights or Market Research (Highly Desired)
