We are looking for highly ambitious and driven individuals to play a pivotal role in the rapid growth of Kapiche. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be part of a growing team responsible for driving revenue growth through consultative sales, nurturing the customer through a process of solution discovery to become a customer of Kapiche.
Our Enterprise Account Executives are individual contributors who position themselves as trusted advisors, to deeply understand the prospects unique company challenges and goals, and be comfortable leading them through how our product works. This position requires someone who is resourceful, can work under pressure and wants to have a major impact on our strategic growth within Australia.
You will understand the critical importance of building a strong pipeline and take full accountability of it using metrics to monitor performance and understand results and key drivers of performance. You will be rewarded generously with a great commission package and career growth opportunities.
What you will do doing:
Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for prospecting the Australian enterprise market to identify customers that fit our Ideal Company Profile and finding creative ways to engage with people in that organisation to book in a discovery call and then take them through a thorough sales process all the way to close.
Pipeline development - You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process through leads, discovery, qualification, validation, negotiation to closing deals.
Identify good fit prospects based on the long term goals of their business and alignment with Kapiche’s capabilities.
Obtain sample data from prospects and run jaw-dropping presentations and demonstrations using our software on their data.
Use consulting and relationship building skills to fulfil the role of a trusted adviser for target accounts.
You will know your own sales metrics (close rate %, win rates % etc) and feel empowered in an environment which has this metrics focus.
To be successful in this role:
4+ years proven hunter or other relevant experience in B2B SaaS enterprise selling with a proven track record in managing a sales pipeline and achieving targets
You are agile and an excellent problem solver who can quickly pivot to overcome challenges
You have great consultative skills, enjoy building high-quality relationships with customers by taking them through a journey to their desired outcomes
You have a track record of over-achieving (top 10% of the company)
You’re a team player and enjoy working in a collaborative environment - You want to reach success as a team.
You have a curiosity for the data and analytics space and a willingness to learn a lot about our product and industry.
You are truly motivated in a fast-paced, ever changing environment and are comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity.
